Option to direct pull requests to a different branch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This tool only supports automatic pull requests on the default branch (master/main). Since many projects might use gitflow and therefore a different develop-branch, which means that pull requests should not be merged straight to the main/master branch, there should be an option to choose another branch for the pull requests.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to the settings repository-validator.json file for specifying a branches name which the pull request is made on, and add the logic to handle this setting.
