Access seems to break with Google account aliases

Michael was added to the puzzles folder with one email address ([email protected]) and then he tried to log in with his gmail address ([email protected]) and couldn't, even though they are aliased to the same account. Also, adding the gmail address to the folder did nothing because the account already had access.

I resolved this by removing him from the folder and readding him with his other account.

Should see if we can improve handling google account aliases.
