docker:latest version is showing v 1.8.1 #218

Updated my docker image yesterday to latest and the version is showing version 1.8.1, where my previous version was 1.9.0.

docker pull caronc/apprise
Using default tag: latest
latest: Pulling from caronc/apprise
Digest: sha256:98d91d58fbf10933af9e2cb0faeba37eaff32111ae8c528de63956a3908d3b1e
Status: Image is up to date for caronc/apprise:latest
docker.io/caronc/apprise:latest

docker exec -it apprise apprise -V
Apprise v1.8.1

Ack... noticed this as well and spent an hour trying to figure this out. Will stay tuned... Using "latest".
