Emails are sent in the language of the teacher not the language of the recieving student

In our use case, the Teacher has another preferred language than the participants.

When I have a Teacher with Language preference = Swedish and a Student with Language preference set to English, the Student receives the confirmation emails in Swedish i.e. the language of the teacher, not the language of the receiver.

As we have translated and customized all messages, we thought that they would be sent translated according the preferences of each receiver, but unfortunately not.

I have also tried using the multilang2 filter, but it is not supported.
