Stopped working as of December 4th: https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2024/09/04/update-on-instagram-basic-display-api/

From the descriptions of the two options (Instagram API with either Instagram or Facebook Login) it sounds like Facebook Login is what we need since it has the "get published photos" and "get basic data about other accounts" functions: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform/instagram-api-with-facebook-login
