See How do OAI-DC fields map to the Summon search fields? and then look at our OA journal articles collection then look at an example journal article in DC.

We want to get journal information in there and have the content type represented correctly, which it's not right now. It may not be possible to do all of this since it appears Summon only takes strict Dublin Core field and nothing from DC Terms, but we can still make our OAI feed more robust.
