Determine most recent record for each cluster

For each cluster, we need the date of the most recent observation record that forms part of that cluster.

After running Circuitscape, calculate the most recent date for any record that forms part of that cluster (if all records are older than date X, that whole cluster will be considered likely to be locally extinct).
