Great project. I tried the demo and encountered some issues:

When pasting Markdown content and then selecting all and copying it to a plain text editor, many Markdown styles are lost.
The background color of code blocks is too similar to the page background; it would be better if it were a bit brighter or if a border were added.
Lack of code highlighting.
Hyperlinks cannot be edited.
Perhaps it would be better to open links with ctrl+click?

Appreciate your feedback! I noted down your points and will make sure to fix them!

Also, raw markdown syntax is planned as an editor mode (next to View mode and Editing mode), so this is already on my roadmap!
