Rockstar Editor crashes when editing clips

What happened?

When I say yes to the clip editing question, it stays at the "Preparing clip" section and crashes after a while. There are such outputs in the log files.

Expected result

Rockstar should start preparing the clip to edit and proceed into the editor.

Reproduction steps

1. Open Rockstar Editor
2. Create new project
3. Add Clip
4. Select clip and preview
5. Edit
