UI: redesign

I'm opening this issue to document progress on the redesign.

To Do:

• Make a Sketch file with the current UI, I'll focus on the main screens.
• Make initial color scheme and typeface proposals.
• Implement first quick changes mentioned above after approval.
• Research and review other open data websites' UI and UX.
• Make proposals for structural UI changes to improve UX. (focussing on forms)
• Make proposals for visual changes. (illustration, photography, general visual feel)

I'll be sharing designs via Zeplin. Be sure to check it out, it's a great resource!
