Puzzles are always assigned to some round; use special "Unnamed round"
to capture no assignment?  Be sure to show "unnamed round" on
blackboard iff there are puzzles in it. (Sorts last)

3. (re)assign puzzle to round

4. Assign/change answer to puzzle (mark as solved)
   Remove answer from puzzle (mark as unsolved)
   Get answer for puzzle
5. Set <tag> for <puzzle> to <value>
   Remove <tag> from <puzzle>

6. Set <tag> for <round> to <value>
   Remove <tag> from <round>

Abbreviation for puzzle name (special tag?)
"release round" / "release puzzle" -- ensure they don't show up until
names are finalized.  maybe less necessary now?
if puzzle name/number is in the URL, what happens if the name/number
is changed?  alternative is to assign a random hash as the id, not
very friendly.  can we do a live redirect?
