Sub-tasks:

  • Add/(or update?) a docs section for contributing
    • Point to the manual test process
    • Explicitly list the maintainers of existing services
  • Note that any new service contributed will need
    • Manual test steps defined
    • A maintainer volunteer who will keep it up to date
  • Update README with appropriate notes/links to additional information
