The add new user page hasn’t been updated with our new visual language, and would benefit from a little visual refresh:

Questions/opportunities:

  1. Add error/update notifications on this page
  2. Should the org picker appear on this page?
  3. If the form submits successfully, should the success message appear on this page or on the user management table? (I vote the latter, but tbd)

Can this task be done in one increment?

Yes.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Updated design has been approved by cloud.gov
  • Approved design has been reviewed for technical feasibility, and an implementation ticket has been opened
