Payment Issue with Boxfuse

Hi,

I realise this is on github but there appears to be limited support/contact info on boxfuse. Does anyone know how to upgrade their boxfuse account from a free to a paid account? When I try to upgrade the account I keep getting an error message. There doesn't appear to be anywhere specific to add card details?
