Re-check the icon for the windows app

It has weird white dots around itself - the previous icon didn't have that - not sure why

I am aware of this and tried to fix it. Basically the issue is that i can only provide one image size as icon. this image has to cover a wide range of sizes. Some very small ones like in the screenshot and some large ones 256x256. When i use a 256x256 image these artifacts occur on small icons, but when i use a small image the resolution is bad on the large icons...

I would than use 96x96 if the artifacts doesn't occur with that? I think that size should be enough :) I wouldn't mid going even lower - if it makes problem. I think the icon in the task bar is something which is displayed most ofte.
