Pre Chat Form script not included?

Do we manually need to include this script <script src="https://snippets.freshchat.com/js/fc-pre-chat-form-v2.js"></script> ? Is this not included for some reason?

I'm not sure what that 'Pre Chat Form script' is or what it's for exactly. Is it new?

I don't think it's included in the https://wchat.freshchat.com/js/widget.js file which is used here.
