As a Dockerhub consumer
I would like to synchonize the readme.md with the Dockerhub description
So the dockerhub description stays up-to-date

Background:
https://github.com/peter-evans/dockerhub-description updates the Docker Hub description according to the README.md of the given repository. This way, we can keep the documentation up-to-date quite easily.

Check https://dev.to/ivandotv/automate-publishing-of-your-github-repository-to-docker-hub-5872 for more information

Acceptance criteria:
Working and tested implementation
Document the github action (why we do this).
