Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cortex maintainers and the community expressed in the December 2024 community meeting the need for a place to blog about Cortex.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a place to blog about Cortex that can be easily found from our existing website. We are planning to have posts from the maintainers of Cortex and collaborate with members in other projects related to observability and end users.
