  • What is your project going to be?
  • What is your MVP?
    • What features are nice-to-have?
  • What progress have you made?
  • What are your tasks for the week?
  • How are you going to split up the work?

You probably won't have perfect answers to all these questions yet, so feel free to have the in-team conversations here.

Hi Aidan, So we're still in infancy stages in the project and due to our schedules, we agreed that we wouldn't really begin for at least another few days. As such we don't really have answers to these questions yet, but will start answering them when we first start communicating.

As for what our project is going to be, we decided to make a game involving google maps (a al geoguessr). We have yet to flesh out the idea exactly, but hopefully will have a defined goal soon.

That's really all the answers I have for now, but I think these questions will be really good to discuss when we first start talking about the project.

Sounds good. I'd suggest taking notes during any meeting the team has and putting them somewhere everyone can see (e.g. here), just as a reference for any decisions that get made. Thanks!
