Set up new language Kirundi up for media checking script

User Story
As a Content Specialist,
I want the media checking scripts to be added to our new language Kirundi levelgen file,
So that I can see if I have all the audio necessary for building FTM Kirundi.

Acceptance Criteria
Given that I have the Kirundi levelgen file,
When I view the "metadata" tab and click "Run WEB content check",
Then I should be given back a report of what media content is missing from the Drive that is listed in the levelgen file for Kirundi.

Status Updated: Due to Issues in Levelgen we were having errors while generating json,
It's already Been fixed!
Now we are able to generate the json and also run the media checking scripts as well!
