First of all, thanks for building this fun little project!
As a developer who often struggles with staying mentally/emotionally (and physically) healthy, I really appreciate knowing that there are other developers that, despite having the same struggles, they manage to make something meaningful (and fun) for the community out of it. Thanks for sharing this!
I was wondering what are your thoughts on adding a --help argument to the CLI that would print a tip on how to deal with things when anxiety gets the best of us, e.g:
npx anxiety --help
> To deal with anxiety, I ...
> take a long walk by the sea-side.
I do understand this is a "toy" project so maybe adding this would be a little too much, but personally I think it would be helpful for developers to share the way they deal with anxiety.
I could write a PR if you like the idea.
