你网络问题，没法访问api.themoviedb.com域。一是参考这链接 jellyfin/jellyfin#4352 (comment) 修改配置文件禁用tmdb插件获取演员信息，二是配置科学上网环境

假如你网络有开启IPv6的话，也可以参考下：启用IPV6后，点演员转圈圈，不显示。
