[Feature request] - Add Manual Viewer Option to Vita-Launcher

I consider it important to have this option, it is a fact that currently in the community there is already extensive work to customize the bubbles of the PSVita live area such as AdrenalineDocs. The best thing about this job is the possibility to consult the manuals and the documentation of the game or the guides.
My request is to add the possibility to consult the manual through Vita-Launcher.
