wishlist: better zoom and markers on scopes #194

I thank you so much for bringin your scopes to VCV rack.

On my wishlist is:

Marquee zooming. right-click to zoom out.
< and > buttons for the right and left indices, that would move the index to the next value in the trace, where the delta value exceeds a certain configurable threshold - to get easy snap to gates etc.
