Thanks for reporting.

The nightlies were set up and maintained by @MoonlightSentinel, who is currently inactive in dlang repos unfortunately.

The failure is on FreeBSD:

exec ssh: pkg install -y bash curl curlpp git gmake pkgconf gnupg rsync llvm90
...
pkg: No packages available to install matching 'llvm90' have been found in the repositories

I'm not familiar with FreeBSD, but my guess is that it's too old and needs to be updated to a newer version of llvm.
