Different titles appearing on Custom Domain page

In the Custom Domain page on the Pro account, the menu item and the page titles are different:

The menu has "Custom Domain" as the name of the item.

Whereas the page has "Custom Domains".

As we can only add one domain, I'd recommend updating the page title to "Custom Domain" as it may give the wrong expression to our users that more than one domain can be added.
