Extend the system so the data-tree produced by the parser maintains extra
information that can be used to recreate the structure of the original
config more closely.
* tracking of where includes were used along with information about the
actual filename of the include and whether it was apache-style or not
* tracking of information about whether a given node->subnode structure
existed originally or was generated based on a named-tag structure.
* tracking of line-numbers in the original file during the actual parse.
this would be a tokenizer issue and not a parser issue, though the
parser itself would need the data to keep it's track of the current
line-number updated. ie: a new event to be emitted by the tokenizer.
* tracking of the original stored value of a key-value pair that might
have been munged by the AutoTrue option so that it can be written back
out the same if the value is unchanged.
* tracking of what values are changed/unchanged over the life of the
output of parser_wrap.js to facilitate ideas like the above tracking
of possibly munged value by AutoTrue
* application of AutoTrue to user-set values after the file is loaded
such that various true/false boolean values are actually stored as
a boolean.
More parser directives like <<include>> ? (this would be a change that would
be non-compatible with the Perl reference version, hence I'm wary about it)
