TAXII2.1 configuration

Hello!
I'm doing some work with both the TAXII1.1 server and TAXII2.1 server. The TAXII1.1 server is working as expected, the trouble is the TAXII2.1 server.
I can't seem to locate the full documentation for TAXII2.1 configuration. What is posted is a little vague or is missing some information.
in the documentation, it says, by default There is only taxii1 support, taxii2 is disabled. How do you enable and configure TAXII2.1 properly?
