selected object never completes downloading

What is the current behavior?

X The object "main" downloads to about 390 MB with an expected value of 487 MB, then it drops down to about 240 MB and continues up, drops again, up, drops, for over 24 hours.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

X A completed download

X Drag Texlipse from marketplace to eclipse, go to requirements search, select texlipse and apply
