Describe the bug

I published an extension which comes with a Welcome webview in the primary sidebar when open it the first time

Expected behavior

Display the welcome webview

Cluster provider

I tried the theia online demo: ws.theia-cloud.io

Version

Version 1.53.200 VS Code API Version: 1.92.2

Thanks for reporting this. We first need to make sure that our Let's Encrypt certificate for ws.theia-cloud.io also supports wildcards like *.webview.ws.theia-cloud.io. Then we can enable webviews.

Many thanks for your analysis!
Would be great if you were able to activate wildcards.
I also use Let's Encrypt and I am afraid they don't support wildcards.
