Searching for an example for duplex communication between Cloud <==> Application Service #6

In this repo there are separate examples as below:

Data flow from "Cloud" to "Application service" through HTTP
Data flow from "Application service" through HTTP or MQTT.

Is there any examples which supports both flow combined in one App Service?
We need to communicate with Azure IOT Hub
