Need to ensure that there is currently a negative test for Core-Data's AddEvent endpoint. Specifically the test should try to POST a mal-formed event that will fail the validation check defined here. This should result in a 400 - Bad Request status code returned from the API

Is this for TestQA and for new TAF tests is it done already? Obsoleted by V2 and V2 TAF? (Jim to check with Test QA/Cloud/James)

we make the test in V2 in TAF, but haven't made any new test for V1
we could close this issue if we decide it is "won't fix"
