✨ Description

Scaffolding project from a yml/json file

🚀 Motivation

Instead of command prompts, we can scaffold a project using a yml/json file.

📝 Proposed Solution

-> parse the yml/json file
-> identify tasks
-> create project
-> link FaC to pipeline?
