We need to look at the output to understand what happened

Proposal

GitHub supports an inline check hint https://docs.github.com/en/rest/checks/runs?apiVersion=2022-11-28#create-a-check-run

This can now be scripted now that vala-lint gained a json mode vala-lang/vala-lint@b4f7b45
