But that's beside that point - what I wanted to ask was if including these options in DLSS Tweaks is possible? It would be much more convenient if I could change it via a config file instead of in game since it resets every game launch which is annoying.
So developmental version of DLSS included in Streamline has some extra options not exposed by DLSS Tweaks called "JITTER_DEBUG" and "JitterConfig"
