Associate input names with the correct player

To start out we're going to be collecting a bunch of information about matches, and this may or may not be for users that are registered on the site. At the end of the day this means we need to start building up profiles for users that have yet to join... and when they do join they need to be able to not only verify it but hopefully be satisfied that we've aggregated the right data for them.

Given the focus on Team Challenge all of our original Players (user or not) will need to be on a NETC team, and most likely added by an Admin or Team Captain.
