Markdown texts like “## Functions in C#” are converted to "<h2>Functions in C</h2>". In function blockHeader($Line) line 548
$text = trim($Line['text'], '#');
Hashtags in the end of title are deleted with the beginning hashtags. I modified it to
$text = ltrim($Line['text'], '#');
and it looks correct.
