What?

Add a global option to enable globally a noAI and noImageAI metatag for Archipelago repositories + usable HTML tag/element everywhere (if you want to show that to the world)

This would require also "Language"/provided machinable endpoint with text/JSON-LD supporting this for a full disclaimer when enabled
