Feature Request: Add an intermediate state during the provisioning process #306

Currently State=Waiting or Active. It would ease the users mind if State=provisioning would show up when the configs are actively being pushed out to the routers. Maybe also have some sort of a watchdog timer to change the state to Error if the active state isn't reached after some amount of time? That would help keep a user from staring at the screen wondering if anything is going to happen even though the "begins" time says "10 minutes ago" :)

Also for dismantling, updating the state when the configs are being changed would be helpful.
