doubt about src/pages folder

Hi,
Inside pages folder we have developers folder and its index.tsx and other tsx files. But for the url "http://localhost:8000/en/developers/docs/" the folder structure is maintained in content folder in src. So now when I go to http://localhost:8000/en/developers/docs/ in my local setup it shows the 404.tsx "we couldn't find that page". So while debugging should I copy the folder structure from contents to the developer folder or is there any other workflow.
