DeviceRequest public initializers

It seems, apart form init?(cbor:), there are no public initializers for the object DeviceRequest nor for all its sub-objects.
In the documentation there is mention of init(mdl:agesOver:intentToRetain:) but this init is also not publicly accessible.

It would greatly improve this frameworks usability and would make it better cover the ISO/IEC 18013-5 standard (0.9.0)
