Bookmarks by the Side text often jumps.

This single jump, up and down, or left and right, is very distracting and dysfunctional. It usually occurs after the cursor moves through to select a bookmark for use or to delete, especially from the Trash folder. Often it jumps when editing a bookmark, and then the editing window disappears. This has often been an issue, in the last 2 years. Prior to that, Bookmarks by the Side, did not display this errant behavior at all. I regularly check for Opera updates.
