Error on dragging bookmark outside of pop-up #59

Title says it all, screenshot provided. Doesn't always happen, but seems to happen always when dragging to the top (and out of the pop-up).

You can repro this 100% by:

Expand bookmarks so the scroll bar is visible in the popup window.
Scroll to the very top of the list. ⭐
Drag a bookmark down and outside of the popup window.

⭐ Actually, you can be at any scroll position except for the very bottom.
