Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, modifying the footer of the admin page requires manual code changes, which is not ideal for non-developers managing the site.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the admin panel allowing users to easily customize the footer of the admin page, including text, links, or branding, without needing to access the code.

Additional context
This feature would enhance flexibility and make it easier for store owners to personalize the admin interface.

Hi @treoden, I wanted to kindly follow up the issue regarding the ability to customize the footer on the admin page (#634). I understand that this is a feature request, but I was wondering if there's a temporary workaround or a way to achieve this through the themes folder.

Specifically, I tried overriding the layout.jsx file by placing it in the theme/mytheme/admin/pages/all/layout.jsx path, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to have any effect. Could you please guide me on whether this is the correct approach or if there's another path needed to modify the admin footer through the themes folder?

Thank you for your great project!
