[Syntax highlighting] Hyphen in quote words

Raku syntax highlighting appears confused when an apostrophe appears in a quote words:

say <The apostrophe ' stops stops syntax highlighting>;
say <Resuming when another apostrophe ' is encountered>;

From what I can gather, codemirror does not yet support Raku, and is using the syntax highlighting for Perl as a placeholder. I've made a note of it in Raku/raku-most-wanted#50 and may look into adding support at some point.

Not sure if this helps, but pandoc's raku syntax highlighting appears to work okay and uses skylighting, which in turn takes from KDE's syntax highlighting.
