* Operation changes:
The boiler now operates from its requested temperature to +hysteresis, instead of oscillating at +/- hysteresis/2.
This means that the heat circuit and DHWT "temp_inoffset" can be set being assured that the boiler will
attempt to maintain a temperature strictly above the requested input temperature.
In other words, there is no longer a need to account for the boiler's own hysteresis in setting these values.
Example with DHWT: target DHWT temp: 60C. DHWT "temp_inoffset" set at 5C;
Old behaviour: boiler trips at 65C-hysteresis/2 and untrips at 65C+hysteresis/2
New behaviour: boiler trips at 65C and untrips at 65C+hysteresis: DHWT always gets input >=65C
For DHWT, "t_legionella" no longer overrides t_min/t_max and must thus be set within those two values.

- "cooldown_time": no longer necessary (logic handled at entity level)

- "pump_load": removed untested implementation
- DHWT:
- "electric_failover": superseeded by "electric_hasthermostat"

- "fast_cooldown": now a list of allowed modes for fast cooldown operation
