This is the AMHandler feature corresponding to the NSO service enhancement described in https://github.com/fabric-testbed/NetworkController/issues/35.

A specific use case comes from the FAB project where ServiceX requires an L3VPN supporting both direct and bgp connections at a same site.

As a general design the NSO service is being enhanced to support one direct l2vpn bridge (with one or many interfaces) and / or arbitrary number of bgp peerings (with different remote ASN). The Network-AM handler has to accommodate this new service definition and update its sliver data format as well.
