Trish's user manual #13
Comments
Trish is always charming and always chilled out. She's great at offering small pieces of positive feedback that make you happy to a be a part of her team, and is an excellent listener who will quietly encourage you to work to the best of your ability. She is also great at finding the points emotional resonance in design ideas and recognising how UX can lead to and highlight them. |
I have been working with Trish for four consecutive weeks on projects. She's absolutely amazing person to work with because she is very patient, calm and positive person. Her ability to look at situations constructively and leave emotions aside makes her perfect team player. Numerous complicated and challenging tasks in our projects have been accomplished due to her organization skills and high work ethic. I wish you best of luck in the next project, and I am always going to be happy to work with you again! |
Trish might be one of the very few people I've never seen frustrated. She is really calm, patient and easy to work with. She is always ready to learn new tools/technologies and demonstrate their functionalities and usage to the rest of her team. Her ambition and dedication is motivating and I'm sure she will be a great asset to any team she works with. |

How I get my best work done:
Usually with background music 🎧 🎼 🎹 🥁 🎷 🎺 🎸 or silence/calm
I am a visual learner - I enjoy watching videos and doodling about when learning something new
I work best when I've got lots of time to try things out, google answers 🦦, do things several times and spend time visualising and verbalising how things fit together, refer back to previous workshops and projects
I learn most when we get it wrong a few times, and working out what to change to break it and then changing it back
I love asking lots of clarifying questions to make sure my understanding is correct
