Include email parameters in job submission

Hi there,

first of all, thank you for creating this library, I use it to enable my, cmd-averse colleagues :), to submit Alphafold jobs to out HPC, and it works well.

I was wondering whether it would be possible to include email parameters when submitting a job, that is, --mail-user and --mail-type. I am asking this because some of our jobs can be quite long and people prefer to get an email in case something fails, rather than having to check the output of submitit.
