Task: Create postProjectValidator.js back-end file
Relates: #66 Post A Project

Acceptance Criteria:

Create ./src/libs/postProjectValidator.js
Code a postProjectValidator function, that check out the received data from the front-end
Code sendProjectData function, that sends the received data from the front-end to the sql queries to save it in the database
